If your urination shows these signs, your kidney is in danger

The kidneys act as the body’s primary filtration system. Blood flows into the kidneys, where it is filtered and cleansed of excess fluids and waste products. After the blood is filtered, it returns to the bloodstream, while the toxins are passed out of the body through urine.

If there is too much waste in the blood from poor diet, pre-existing kidney damage, diabetes or for any other reason, the kidneys likely can’t filter it out efficiently. This can cause even more damage. Eventually, untreated kidney damage can develop into more serious conditions like chronic kidney disease (CKD). If your physical health begins to impact your daily life, it may be time to talk to your doctor about how to prevent or treat health concerns, such as kidney failure. Here are some symptoms which are linked to kidney damage or failure and read them carefully if you want to recognize them and prevent the damage on time

1. Changes in urination

Early signs:

Trouble while urinating
Pressure during the process
Dark urine, less frequent urinating in small amounts
Pale color of urine, frequent urinating in large amounts
Foamy urine
Urge to urinate during night

2. Swellings

Your face will star being bloated and swollen along with joints and limbs if the kidneys start to failure. If they do not do their job properly and cannot get rid of excessive fluids swelling starts to appear.

3. Rash of the skin

Lots of rashes on the skin and itching is usually linked to kidney failure. The waste is getting piled up in the blood and due to it the skin looks unhealthy, dry and irritated. Cosmetics cannot solve the problem which comes from inside if the rash is caused directly by the kidney but can ease up a little bit on the outside.

4. Fatigue

When kidneys are healthy they produce EPO (erythropoietin) ? hormone that makes more red blood cells which bring oxygen. If its number of cells is lowered than fatigue is following and the brain and muscles are on impact too. Anemia is represented by this sign also.

5. Shortness of breath

Common problem linked to kidney damage. When the body does not have enough oxygen due to low number of red blood cells this is happening. Amount of these important blood cells is directly connected to harmful piled up toxins inside the lungs.

6. Metallic taste in mouth

when the waste is accumulating inside the blood the taste of foods and bad breath will begin to change. Also, poor appetite and severe change in certain foods are signs of kidney damage.

7. Pain

This condition is also represented by ache in the upper back. The same area where the kidneys are placed. Also pain can be more present by infections of stones in kidney.

8. Bad concentration and dizziness

Anemia is represented by bad oxygen flow to the brain and also this is happening in case of kidney failure. Your focus and concentration will be messed, memory troubles will occur and you will be feeling dizzy.
