An 80-year-old gentleman could barely see, barely talk, and barely walk.
But he was absolutely thrilled when his much younger wife gave birth to a baby boy.
He slowly limped through the hospital with his cane, proudly handing out cigars to everyone he met.
Finally, he handed one to the doctor and said,
“Doc, aren’t you going to congratulate me?”
The doctor smiled awkwardly.
“Congratulations! But honestly, I’m still trying to figure out how you managed this!”
The old man laughed.
“You just have to keep the old motor running, Doc!”
The doctor raised an eyebrow.
“Well… you might want to change the oil.”
The old man frowned.
“Why?”
The doctor pointed toward the nursery and said,
“Because this baby definitely didn’t come out with the same paint job!”
The old man stared at him for a second.
Then he quietly took his cigar back.
